Customer Reports

 

You can start reporting on your customer details and transactions just as soon as you have entered them into Sage Line 50. This is because several customer reports are already created for you, and can be used straight away. For added flexibility you can create new reports based on your own selection of customer data headings, such as name, year-to-date turnover, current balance and so on. You can even pick to report on from your customer list. You can choose to print or preview your report, or even save the report to file, or send the report as an e-mail.

You can save your selection of data fields as a report template for future use. All report templates you save in this way will be listed automatically in the files area of the Customer Reports window list box. Before you start creating your own, though, we recommend you use the standard reports to familiarise yourself with the procedure to follow.
